My home has no gas lines so I was required to buy an electric range. I had heard they were not as advantageous as normal stoves but boy they wrong. This range does so much more and so much better than my old gas ovens. This freestanding electric range comes fully loaded. It comes with a stove top warming zone, which is so useful in warming up food. It also includes a convection oven, which is great because it does not heat up my kitchen like a regular oven. The convection oven also cooks food about thirty percent faster so it is wonderful for quick meals.

Also it has a main oven which is like any other oven. It is quite large and can accommodate a lot of food, which is particularly good for our huge Thanksgiving dinners. Another plus for Thanksgiving is that it features a setting for "Perfect Turkey" and it actually finishes cooking when the popper comes out almost at the same time.

This range saves electrical power because when it is not used it goes into sleep mode, so it actually decreased my electric bill. The range is so elegant looking; it does not look out of place in my kitchen. The broiler works just like a grill and we actually threw out our grill because we had no use for it any further. The broiler cooked food just like our two thousand dollar grill.

Some advantages to electric ovens commonly are that water really boils faster than a gas range. Also, the stove distributes heat so well that you do not have to shuffle your food about the oven to brown both sides evenly. It makes cooking so straightforward, even my hubby can't spoil our dinner with this range. And finally, sauces are also simmered more steadily as the electricity is evenly distributed.

The oven down below is quite roomy and holds around 6 cubic feet so it can accommodate a large amount of food just as any typical oven. Another key item is that I can preset different meals and temperatures so that I simply hit the button and it cooks that meal automatically. The surface top is so easy to wash up. It used to take too long to clean my previous range, the grates were so difficult to clean, but this doesn't have grates, so you can just wipe the top of the range.

So just to summarize, this is the best electric kitchen range I have had and used. It is a bit expensive at twenty six hundred dollars, but it pays for itself. It is so easy to use, anyone can use it. It is so far beyond the current electric stoves out there that makes it a must have for cooking.
